Students from Bosnia and Herzegovina won three gold and one silver Medal at Yale
Students from the Richmond Park International High School in Tuzla, Enisa Kalfic, Amina Nisic, and Alem Tukic won three gold and one silver medal at the World Scholar´s Cup Tournament of Champions, held at Yale University in the United States (USA). As they say, this is the gift for their homeland’s birthday – Statehood Day of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH).
This Cup Tournament of champions from all over the world who achieved the best results at national and regional competitions was a great opportunity for the representatives of BiH to compare their knowledge with peers from other countries.
About 6.000 contestants divided across 700 teams competed in several categories, such as: debates, essay writing, and quizzes of knowledge.
‘The strong competition for the BiH team, accompanied by professor Jasmina Selimovic, was an additional motive to show all their skills and achieve outstanding results,’’ it is said from the Richmond Park International High School in Tuzla.
Students from the Richmond Park International High School in Tuzla achieved amazing results at the global round in the Hague, Rotterdam, and Amsterdam (The Netherlands), which took place in July this year, and therefore earned a place for this prestigious knowledge competition, radiosarajevo.ba portal reports.
